With a longstanding track record of discoveries and impact in the field of neurophysiology, the Modylab aims to train scientists in experimental design and execution with a strong focus on quantitative data analysis. We engage in fundamental and translational research to advance therapies for various neurological and psychiatric disorders.

Istvan Mody, Tony Coelho Distinguished Professor Neurology, and Distinguished Professor of Physiology, is the Principal Investigator of the Modylab at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). (add one more sentence about how UCLA has been such a great institution to do research at.)

The Modylab Alumni-Network

The Modylab is proud to have trained thirty-four postdoctoral fellows, twenty-one graduate students and thirty-five undergraduate students who have gone on to engage in their own discoveries at universities and institutions across the globe.
